Nursery fees are managed from the online childcare app, through automatic monthly invoices by all nursery managers.
How fees are calculated
Fees are calculated for the current month and the total amount of day of attendance within that period. We are registered with Tax-Free Childcare and most childcare voucher companies.
You will receive your monthly invoice via email and invoice notification from the childcare app, the new invoice alert will provide you with a link to make payment.
We are open 51 weeks of the year as we close for the week over the Christmas period. We are closed on bank holidays and 1 staff training day per year.
Securing a Place
To secure your place, one weeks applicable fee is to be paid before our gradual admission process can commence. This deposit is then deducted from your final invoice payment once the nursery receives your 4 weeks’ written notice.
Funded Places
We do provide a number of places for children to attend for the funded hours only, where no additional payment is required. These are generally available during our quieter days of attendance, for availability please discuss directly with the managers of your nursery.
We have discussed our funded places and providing funding
entitlement hours with the children’s local authorities. They are aware of the funding delivery model and hours available and are in agreement with how we provide these places. If you do have any questions, please discuss with one of your members of management at your nursery.
With government funding hours, we offer “stretched” places to spread weekly entitlement hours and distribute costs over the full year.
No Registration or Admin Fees
We do not have any hidden charges, nor do we charge any administrative or induction fees when you register. If you have siblings at Tiddlywinks Nursery, family discounts are available on your childcare fees (subject to terms & conditions).
